Event lighting and light art

Kuopio Christmas Market invests in christmassy atmosphere and event lighting. One can find many “instagrammable” photospots in the area, such as the “hot air balloon”, the reindeer & “icesledge”, carousel, light-tree and of course along with the welcoming gates – the shiny curtain with thousands of shimmering led-lights, that covers the whole market area.

One theme in the event is annually changing light art. So far Kuopio Christmas Market has presented “Amanda Parer´s” gigantic bunnies and beautiful lilies by “Jigantics”.
